Shelley McIntosh
Dr. Shelley McIntosh earned her doctoral degree in curriculum and instruction at the University of Houston. Her research and studies have focused on the social, spiritual, and academic development of Black children; the spiritual voices of preservice teachers and their responses to state certification tests; the diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds of Black children; and biblical history. She has served as a bishop and cardinal, national youth director, professor of urban education, elementary school teacher, urban school principal, and English language arts coach.
